患儿男,13岁。口咬大号缝衣针玩耍时将针咬断,不慎将断针尾端咽下。随之感胸骨后持续性刺痛12小时来院急诊。X线显示断针呈斜位在食道下端近贲门处。经胃镜检查:见食道下端后壁粘膜有新鲜伤
Children male, 13 years old. Bite large sewing needle when playing the needle snapped, accidentally broken end of the needle swallowed. Followed by persistent soreness after 12 hours to the hospital emergency room. X-ray showed broken needle was oblique at the esophagus at the proximal cardia. Gastroscopy: see the posterior wall of the esophagus mucosa fresh injury
