目的:检测泪液功能试验(SchirmerⅠtest,SⅠt)及泪膜破裂时间(tear filmbreak-up time,TBUT)在翼状胬肉患者中的改变。方法:筛选50例患者(100眼,50例翼状胬肉眼),行SⅠt及TBUT试验。结果:SⅠt试验在翼状胬肉眼的平均值为19.6±11.6 (1 ~40) mm,对照眼为17.2±10.6(1 ~35)mm,翼状胬肉眼中20例(40%)SⅠt试验结果异常,对照眼为21例(42%),其差异无统计学意义(P=075)。两组间差异无统计学意义(t=1.453,P=0.15)。TBUT在翼状胬肉眼及对照眼中分别为7.4±5.1 ( 2 ~20)s, 13.4±6.1 (2 ~25)s,两组间的差异有显著统计学意义(t=8.029,P<0.01)。翼状胬肉眼中TBUT异常的为39眼(78%),对照眼中为16眼(32%);差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:与对照眼相比较,SⅠt试验在翼状胬肉眼中差异无统计学意义,TBUT在翼状胬肉眼中有所下降。
Objective: To test the changes of Schirmer Ⅰ test (SⅠt) and tear filmbreak-up time (TBUT) in patients with pterygium. Methods: Fifty patients (100 eyes, 50 eyes of pterygium) were screened for SⅠt and TBUT. Results: The SⅠt test showed an average of 19.6 ± 11.6 (1 ~ 40) mm in the pterygium eyes and 17.2 ± 10.6 (1 ~ 35) mm in the control eyes. SⅠt test results were abnormal in 20 cases (40%) of the pterygium eyes, The control eye was 21 cases (42%), the difference was not statistically significant (P = 075). There was no significant difference between the two groups (t = 1.453, P = 0.15). TBUT was 7.4 ± 5.1 (2 ~ 20) s and 13.4 ± 6.1 (2 ~ 25) s respectively in the eyes of the pterygium and the control eyes. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t = 8.029, P <0.01). There were 39 eyes (78%) with abnormal TBUT in the pterygium eyes and 16 eyes (32%) in the control eyes. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Compared with the control eyes, SⅠt test showed no significant difference in the pterygium eyes, TBUT decreased in the pterygium eyes.
