以大黄等为代表的含蒽醌类成分的生药,是缓泻药中应用历史悠久的一种类型。长期来,国外对这类缓泻药的研究工作相当活跃。为了交流这些研究成果,促使天然蒽醌类缓泻药的生产、应用与实验研究等方面获得新的进展,瑞士、英国、荷兰、比利时等欧洲国家的学者在1975年9月与1978年9月相继举行了两次天然蒽醌类缓泻药的国际性学术会议。与会学者分别就此类药物的生药学、分析化学、药理学、临床应用等多方面的研究进展作了综述性的报告或宣读了本实验室近期的研究论文。这些综述、研究论文以及讨论记录分别在《Pharma-cology》(《药理学》)杂志1976年第14卷第1补充本与1980年第20卷第1补充本上发表。为了便于我国中药与天然药物工作者了解国外对天然蒽醌类缓泻药的研究动态,特将这两本会议录的论文题目译出(附后),供参考。我国是大黄生药的主要产地,每年有大量出口。国外学者与制药厂商对我国大黄生药的生产、质量
The crude drugs containing anthraquinones, represented by rhubarb, etc., are a type of laxative medicine that has a long history of application. In the long term, research work abroad on such laxatives has been quite active. In order to exchange these research results, new progress has been made in the production, application, and experimental research of natural steroidal laxatives. Scholars in European countries such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Belgium have successively carried out in September 1975 and September 1978. Two international academic conferences on natural steroid laxatives were held. The participating scholars gave an overview report on the research progress of the pharmacogenetics, analytical chemistry, pharmacology, and clinical applications of such drugs, or read out recent research papers of this laboratory. These reviews, research papers, and discussion records were published in the Supplement to Volume 14 of Volume 1976, Volume 1976, and Volume 1 Supplementary Volume 20 of 1980, respectively, in the journal Pharma-cology (Pharmacology). In order to make it easier for Chinese medicine and natural medicine workers in China to understand the research dynamics of natural laxative laxatives in foreign countries, the topics of these two conference proceedings are specifically translated (attached) for reference.
