我非常高兴有机会参加三个学会联合召开的全国第四届地图学学术讨论会。现在我在测绘部门工作,但地理学会我还是发起人之一,而建国以前我在前中央地质调查所工作了将近20年,故深知地图工作对三个部门都是离不开的。回忆十几年前,地理学会和测绘学会在郑州联合开会,在原订计划之外就继续编绘《国家大地图集》的《普通地图集》问题,专门留下一部分与会同志进行讨论,
I am very happy to have the opportunity to attend the 4th National Cartographic Symposium jointly held by the three institutes. Now I’m working in the surveying and mapping department, but I was one of the initiators of the Geographical Society. Before the founding of the PRC, I worked in the Former Central Geological Survey for nearly 20 years. Therefore, I know that the work on maps is inseparable from all three departments. Memories A dozen years ago, the Geographical Society and the Society for Surveying and Mapping jointly held a meeting in Zhengzhou and continued to compile the Atlas of General Atlas of National Atlas outside the original plan.
