近年来,在新疆维吾尔自治区党委、区政府的领导下,新疆卫生健康委会同各相关部门深入贯彻党中央、国务院关于医药卫生体制改革的决策部署,保基本、强基层、建机制,全面开展乡村两级医疗卫生机构标准化建设,以基层医疗卫生事业发展促进医疗卫生人才队伍建设,以人才队伍建设推动医疗卫生事业发展,认真落实基本公共卫生服务,全面推进免费全民健康体检,稳步推进家庭医生签约服务,农村基本医疗和公共卫生服务水平逐步提升,基层医疗卫生人才队伍建设不断加强.
