目的观察护理干预在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取舞阳县人民医院2013年10月—2016年1月收治的94例老年高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。两组均实施常规护理,观察组在上述基础上加用心理护理、健康宣教、用药护理、运动护理、饮食护理、睡眠护理等干预措施,两组均干预6个月。对两组干预前和干预后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、依从性、生存质量进行评价。采用SPSS18.0统计学软件进行数据处理,计量资料用均数±标准差(xˉ±s)表示,采用t检验,计数资料用率(%)表示,采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果干预后,观察组SBP和DBP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从性为91.49%,高于对照组依从性70.21%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.871,P<0.05);干预后,观察组精力、活动能力、家庭角色、自理能力、情绪评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于老年高血压患者,能够有效保证患者血压处于正常水平,提高患者依从性和生存质量。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods Ninety-four elderly hypertensive patients admitted to Wuyang County People’s Hospital from October 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 47) and control group (n = 47). The two groups were given routine nursing care. The observation group added interventions such as psychological nursing, health education, medication nursing, sports nursing, diet nursing, sleep nursing and so on. Both groups interfered for 6 months. Before and after intervention, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), compliance and quality of life were evaluated. Using SPSS18.0 statistical software for data processing, measurement data with mean ± standard deviation (x ˉ ± s), using t test, count data (%) that the use of χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference statistics Significance of learning. Results After intervention, the SBP and DBP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The compliance of the observation group was 91.49%, which was higher than that of the control group (70.21%), with significant difference (χ2 = 6.871, P <0.05). After intervention, the observation group’s energy, activity ability, family role, self-care ability and emotion score were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention applied to elderly hypertensive patients, can effectively ensure that patients with normal blood pressure, improve patient compliance and quality of life.
