通过该复方制剂对小鼠自发性和ConA刺激的脾淋巴细胞~3H-TdR掺入的影响,以观察该药对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:该药对小鼠自发性和ConA刺激的脾淋巴细胞~3H-TdR掺入的影响中,石斛各组和西洋参各组与阴性对照组比较均有显著性升高(P均<0.05),且于中高剂量组,石斛药液组疗效高于西洋参组(P<0.05和P<0.01),提示:该药可能通过显著地提高机体免疫功能而起到有效的抗衰老的作用。
The effect of this compound preparation on spontaneous and ConA-stimulated ~3H-TdR incorporation of spleen lymphocytes in mice was used to observe the effect of the drug on immune function in mice. The results showed that the effects of the drug on spontaneous and ConA-stimulated ~3H-TdR incorporation of spleen lymphocytes in mice were significantly higher in each of the Dendrobium group and American ginseng group than in the negative control group (P<0.05). In the medium and high dose group, the therapeutic effect of Shiqi medicinal liquid group was higher than that of American ginseng group (P<0.05 and P<0.01), suggesting that this medicine may play an effective anti-aging effect by significantly improving the immune function of the body.
