种植抗病品种,是保护水稻免于或减轻稻瘟病害的有效措施。但抗病品种会在栽培过程中逐渐丧失抗病性。为了探求水稻品种抗稻瘟病的稳定性,十几年来,国内外的学者进行了大量工作。研究证明,稻瘟病菌生理小种的区系分布和变化消长规律是决定水稻品种抗病性的主要因素,也是选择扰源亲本和评价抗病丰产良种的依据。本文试以本地区代表性基本稳定小种菌株,按品种抗、感反应划分出抗性遗传相同的类群,为抗病育种和遗传研究提供资料。材料和方法 (一)供试品种:鉴别品种用全国稻瘟
Planting disease-resistant varieties is an effective measure to protect rice from or reduce rice blast disease. However, resistant varieties will gradually lose their disease resistance during cultivation. In order to explore the stability of rice varieties against rice blast, more than a decade, scholars at home and abroad conducted a lot of work. Studies have shown that the germplasm distribution and variation of the races of Magnaporthe grisea are the main factors that determine the disease resistance of rice cultivars, and also the basis for selecting perturbed parents and evaluating the resistant and yielding varieties. In this paper, we try to classify the basic stable small-sized strains in this area and classify the groups with the same genetic resistance according to anti-susceptibility and anti-reactivity of cultivars, so as to provide information for disease-resistant breeding and genetic research. Materials and methods (A) test varieties: identification of varieties with rice blast
