显微观察表明,不同水稻( Oryza sative)品种对接种根瘤菌的效应不同.17 个品种间 S T L R 形成差异较大;不同菌株所诱导的 S T L R 形成率也有所不同.由茎瘤固氮根瘤菌( Azorhizobium caulinodians) O R S 571所诱导的多系1 号、福田糯和 O S4 3 个品种 S T L R 形成率较高(70% ~100% ),具有一定的固氮酶活性(62.9~70.7 nm ol·株- 1·d- 1).电镜观察表明, S T L R 细胞内有数量众多的根瘤菌菌体.本文还简要讨论了筛选水稻与根瘤菌最佳组合及 S T L R 成为稻/菌共生组织的可能性.
Microscopic observations showed that different rice (Oryza sative) varieties had different effects on rhizobia. There were significant differences in the formation of S T L R among 17 cultivars. The incidence of S T L R induced by different strains was also different. The formation rate of S T L R of the three strains of Duoyuan 1, Futian waxy and O S4 induced by Azorhizobium caulinodians O R S 571 was high (70% -100%) with a certain nitrogen fixation Enzyme activity (62.9 ~ 70.7 nm ol · -1 d -1). Electron microscopy showed that a large number of Rhizobial bacteria in S T L R cells. This article also briefly discusses the possibility of screening the best combination of rice and rhizobia and making S T L R rice / bacterial symbiosis.
