目的 研究颈外动脉与颈内动脉、椎动脉间存在的危险吻合。方法 分析了 2 5 0例颈外动脉造影图像中存在的危险吻合现象 (包括烟雾病 35例 ,头颈部高血运病变 2 15例 ,其中 7例已行颈外动脉结扎 )。结果 烟雾病中 14侧脑膜中动脉、11侧颞浅动脉、7侧枕动脉参与颅内供血 ;颈外动脉结扎病例均存在咽枕吻合 ;此外 ,还发现 3例 (3/ 2 5 0 )眼动脉由脑膜中动脉异常起源。结论 颈外动脉与颈内动脉、椎动脉间存在多种危险吻合途径 ,栓塞治疗时应高度注意并予以适当处理 ,以避免造成颅内误栓。
Objective To study the existence of external carotid artery and internal carotid artery, vertebral artery anastomosis. Methods A total of 250 cases of external carotid artery angiography were analyzed including dangerous anastomosis (including 35 cases of moyamoya disease, 215 cases of head and neck hyperkinetic disease, of which 7 cases had external carotid artery ligation). Results In the moyamoya disease, 14 middle meningeal arteries, 11 superficial temporal arteries and 7 lateral occipital arteries were involved in intracranial blood supply. Pharyngodal anastomosis was found in all the cases of ligation of the external carotid artery. In addition, 3 (3/2500) eyes Arteries originate from the anomalous middle meningeal artery. Conclusion There are many dangerous anastomosis routes between the external carotid artery and the internal carotid artery and vertebral artery. Embolization should be handled with high attention and appropriate treatment to avoid intracranial misdiagnosis.
