预算管理是行政事业单位财务管理的核心工作,科学的预算管理可以实现财务收支的有效控制和资源的优化配置。但由于种种原因,目前我国市县事业单位在预算管理方面还存在一些问题,致使预算管理并没有发挥出应有的效用。本文以当前我国市县行政事业单位财务预算管理的现状分析为基础,指出市县行政事业单位在预算管理中存在问题及原因,并针对这些问题提出一些改进建议。
Budget management is the core work of the financial management of administrative institutions, scientific budget management can achieve effective control of financial revenues and expenditures and optimal allocation of resources. However, due to various reasons, at present, there are still some problems in the budget management of cities and counties in our country, resulting in the budget management failing to exert its due effect. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the financial budget management of the administrative units in cities and counties of our country, this paper points out the existing problems and the reasons in the budget management of the administrative units in cities and counties, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement on these issues.
