中小学的素质教育贯穿于各学科的教学中,它是通过科技的教育途径来提高人的自然素质水平,特别是提高人的社会素质水平。素质教育与应试教育的区别是,素质教育是把着眼点放在人的全面发展上,目的在于提升人的全面素质。中小学的素质教育是“提高民族素质”的关键所在。
Quality education in primary and secondary schools runs through the teaching of various disciplines. It is through the education of science and technology to improve people’s natural quality, especially to improve their social quality. The difference between quality education and exam-oriented education is that quality education is focusing on the overall development of people.
