文章为解决我国在用机动车速度检测器的量值溯源需求,实现其量值统一,提出了基于光电传感器的机动车速度检测器在线标定系统,分析了该系统的测量不确定度传递特性,明确了该系统的关键设计参数及各参数间的制约关系,给出了该系统的具体实现。本系统由光电传感器、单片机和数据采集和分析单元组成,具有清晰、明确的溯源途径,能够实现检测器正常使用条件下的在线标定,对改善我国机动车速度检测器的检测精度和量值统一具有重要意义。
In order to solve the problem of traceability of vehicle speed detector in our country and realize its value unity, an online calibration system of vehicle speed detector based on photoelectric sensor is proposed. The transfer characteristic of measurement uncertainty of the system is analyzed. The key design parameters of the system and the constraints between the parameters are defined, and the concrete realization of the system is given. The system consists of photoelectric sensors, single-chip and data acquisition and analysis unit, with a clear and clear traceable source, the detector can be used under normal conditions of online calibration, to improve the detection accuracy and magnitude of China’s vehicle speed detector unity It is of great significance.
