供暖系统的能耗随着人们生活质量的改善和“小康”家园的建设,能耗指标在不断攀升。再加上煤、水、电价格上扬,有些地区已影响到供暖企业的可持续发展。因此从现行的供暖设施和供暖系统中挖潜,实施节能技术改造,既确保供暖质量,让百姓满意,政府放心,又能把能耗降下来,把成本降下来,冲减因煤水电价格上扬给企业带来经济下滑是比较现实又切实可行的途径。我国的采暖能耗与发达国家相比,在相近的气候条件下,达到相同的室内温度,我国住宅单位面积的采暖能耗是发达国家的三倍以上。由此可见,我们国家供热节能有很大潜力。本文结合供热管理工作实际,从五个方面阐述供热系统换热站节能措施,确保供热质量与节能并重的问题,提高供热效率。
The energy consumption of the heating system With the improvement of people’s quality of life and the construction of the “Xiaokang” home, the energy consumption index is rising. Coupled with the rising prices of coal, water and electricity, some regions have affected the sustainable development of heating companies. Therefore, tapping potential from existing heating facilities and heating systems, implementing energy-saving technological transformation, ensuring the quality of heating, satisfying the people, reassured the government, reducing energy consumption, lowering costs, and reducing the price of coal-fired power. The economic decline brought by enterprises is a relatively realistic and practical approach. China’s heating energy consumption compared with developed countries, under similar climatic conditions, reached the same indoor temperature, heating energy consumption per unit area of China’s housing is more than three times that of developed countries. This shows that there is a great potential for energy conservation in our country’s heat supply. Based on the actual work of heat management, this article elaborates the energy-saving measures of the heat exchange station of the heating system from five aspects, ensuring the quality of heating and energy saving, and improving the heating efficiency.
