山西汽车后市场份额的大半壁江山归属商用车配件流通领域;山西也是华北地区最重要的商用车配件流通市场之一,每年的商用车配件消耗量高达百亿规模以上;但自2008年席卷全球金融危机后,山西商用车配件行业似乎开始走下坡路,随着山西经济转型,煤炭价格下跌,这种下跌的状况到了2012年尤显严重。三晋国际汽配城正是在这种行业形势下跌,国内经济受全球金融危机拖累的大环境下逐步发展成型的。为了探究这种逆市发展的模式和精细化管理的专业市场营运理念,我们专访了该市场的经营管理公司总经理宓建余先生。
