不典型有机磷中毒病例,常可造成误诊。本文报告3例,并略加分析讨论。一、以精神症状为主,误诊为精神病例1:男,27岁。患者喷洒农药乐果、1605混合液五日,以头迷、呕吐、大汗、周身颤抖去某医院诊为有机磷中毒,经治疗好转出院后又继续喷洒农药两日,上述症状又复发,并胡言乱语,于1978年8月8日9时入本院治疗。入院时体温37.1℃,脉搏84次/
Atypical cases of organophosphate poisoning can often result in misdiagnosis. This article reports 3 cases, and a little analysis and discussion. First, the main symptoms of psychosis, misdiagnosed as mental illness 1: male, 27 years old. Patients spray pesticide dimethoate, 1605 mixture for five days, to the first fans, vomiting, sweating, whole body trembling go to a hospital diagnosed as organophosphate poisoning, after the improvement of treatment and continued spraying of pesticides two days after the recurrence of the symptoms and Nonsense, at 8:00 on August 8, 1978 into our hospital for treatment. Admission temperature 37.1 ℃, pulse 84 times /
