今年是我国正式成为世界贸易组织成员的第一年。“入世”使我国改革开放进入一个新的发展阶段,是我国参与经济全球化的重要步骤。按照世贸组织规则和我国“入世”谈判中的承诺,我国将在5年左右过渡期内逐步开放国内市场,包括货物贸易和金融、保险、电信、交通运输等的服务贸易。对外资企业实行国民待遇,国内各种所有制企业实行平等竞争,并相应调整、修改和制订有关政策、法规,转变政府职能。这将更深入地推进我国改革开放和社会主义市场经济的发展,也将促进我国计划经济传统观念的转变,是人们思想的又一次解放。我国企业将面向国内外两个市场,面临着更多的发展机遇和空间,同时也将遇到强有力的挑战和竞争压力。 我国“入世”后,对设备与维修工程领域有些什么影响呢?
This year marks the first year in which my country officially became a member of the World Trade Organization. Entering the WTO has brought China’s reform and opening up to a new stage of development and is an important step in our country’s participation in economic globalization. In accordance with the WTO rules and the commitments made in the negotiations on China’s accession to the WTO, China will gradually liberalize its domestic market during the transitional period of about 5 years, including trade in goods and trade in services such as finance, insurance, telecommunications and transportation. The implementation of national treatment of foreign-funded enterprises, all kinds of domestic ownership of enterprises to implement equal competition, and adjust, modify and formulate relevant policies and regulations, change the government functions. This will further promote the development of China’s reform and opening up and the socialist market economy and will also promote the transformation of the traditional concept of planned economy in our country. This is yet another emancipation of people’s thinking. Chinese enterprises will face both domestic and international markets and face more opportunities and space for development. Meanwhile, they will also encounter strong challenges and competitive pressures. After China’s accession to the WTO, what is the impact on the field of equipment and maintenance engineering?
