用浸胚法将玉米核DNA导入小麦,从转化后的D_2代和D_3代10多种变异中筛选出矮秆(株高55cm)优质(籽粒蛋白质含量比对照提高2%、赖氨酸含量提高0.05%)和早熟(比对照早熟5~8天)两个新品系,并能稳定遗传.经对供体、受体和转化后代进行RAPD和POD同工酶分析,证明供体DNA片段已进入受体并导致DNA重组,使后代基因组发生了变异.
The maize nuclear DNA was introduced into wheat by immersing embryo method. The quality of dwarf (height 55cm) was screened out from more than 10 varieties of D_2 generation and D_3 generation (the grain protein content increased 2% and the lysine content increased 0.05%) and precocious (5-8 days earlier than the control), and stable inheritance.Analysis of RAPD and POD isozymes on donor, recipient and transformed progeny demonstrated that the donor DNA fragment had entered Receptors and lead to DNA recombination, the offspring genome has mutated.
