沙眼衣原体(chlamydia trachomatis,CT)感染是常见的性传播疾病。很多患者无症状或处于亚临床感染而被忽视,最终导致持续感染并可能造成严重生殖系统并发症如盆腔炎性疾病等。文中对泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染治疗后愈合的判断、随访、预后和预防进行了阐述。强调了衣原体感染的再检测、预防再感染以及患者教育对疾病控制的重要性。
Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection is a common sexually transmitted disease. Many patients are asymptomatic or subclinical and overlooked, leading to persistent infection and potentially causing serious reproductive system complications such as pelvic inflammatory disease. In the article, the judgment, follow-up, prognosis and prevention of urogenital Chlamydia trachomatis infection after healing were elaborated. The importance of retesting for chlamydial infection, preventing reinfection, and patient education on disease control has been highlighted.
