目的:探讨糖痹康对链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱导的糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic penipheral neuropathy,DPN)大鼠神经生长因子基因表达的影响。方法:用STZ建立糖尿病大鼠模型,分为正常组、模型组、弥可保组、糖痹康低、中、高剂量组。连续给药8周后处死大鼠,用ELISA法测定血清神经生长因子(NGF)活性,实时荧光定量PCR法检测坐骨神经中NGF基因的表达。结果:与模型组比较,糖痹康中、高剂量组血清NGF水平均显著增高(P<0.01),坐骨神经NGF基因含量显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:糖痹康能增加糖尿病大鼠NGF蛋白及基因的表达,从而起到对周围神经的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Tangbi Kang on the expression of nerve growth factor gene in diabetic penipheral neuropathy (DPN) induced by streptozotocin (STZ). Methods: The model of STZ-induced diabetic rats was established and divided into normal group, model group, miconazole group, low, medium and high dosage of Tangbi Kang. Rats were sacrificed 8 weeks after continuous administration, serum NGF activity was measured by ELISA, and NGF gene expression was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of NGF in the middle and high dose of SBK significantly increased (P <0.01), and the content of NGF in the sciatic nerve increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: Bi-Bi-Kang can increase the expression of NGF protein and gene in diabetic rats and thus play a protective role on peripheral nerve.
