促进以创业带动就业,是落实党的十七大精神,实践“三个代表”重要思想的重要举措。三明市从2002年以来开展的“真情创业”活动,经过五年来的运作,全市已实施创业项目1653个,总投资额达14346万元,提供就业岗位11517个,已实现就业10764人。针对当前经济形势不断变化的情况,结合多年的工作实践经验,笔者认为,在推动全民创业方面依然存在如下一些问题。
Promoting entrepreneurship-driven employment is an important measure for implementing the spirit of the 17th National Party Congress and practicing the important thinking of the 'Three Represents.' Since its establishment in 2002, Sanming City has launched “sincere business” activities. After five years of operation, the city has started 1653 entrepreneurial projects with a total investment of 143.46 million yuan, providing 11,517 jobs and 10,764 employees have been employed. In response to the current changing economic situation, combined with many years of practical experience, the author believes that there are still some problems in promoting universal entrepreneurship.
