本刊编辑部全体同仁受到近年来海峡两岸图书馆学界勇破坚冰、频频接触的鼓舞,甚感有必要促使双方进入实质性的学术研讨,事业合作,共同发展中国图书馆事业的新阶段。为此,在两岸学者的共同努力下,经商定,在本刊特辟“两岸文荟”专栏,邀请双方学者就“如何促进海峡两岸图书情报(资讯)事业发展和交流”的主题,以笔谈会的形式,展开书面研讨。此举一经起动,两岸专家学者无不欢欣鹊跃。灯下振笔抒言,勾起了学人无限的回忆,甘苦辛酸,五味凝中。本期即以几篇饱含万千感触的文章奉献到读者面前。九十有二高龄的皮高品先生和八十九岁的顾廷龙先生也为此提了词。由于此举在同类刊物中尚属首次尝试,欢迎两岸读者对本栏目提出意见和建议。再由于两岸学人文章风格、遣词造句、术语称谓等均有不同,除特有必要本刊略作删改和小注外,其余文字均基本保留原样,以供相互熟悉、了解。全部二十一篇文章本刊分两期发表。台湾《图书馆学与资讯科学》杂志同时刊出。 我们期望以这次活动为契机,引起两岸同仁更广泛的研讨兴趣。今后本刊将另辟新栏,殷切盼望有更多的专家学者,包括海外各地图书馆界同道就彼此感兴趣的其它课题继续研讨下去,为共同繁荣中华民族的图书馆事业而努力。事实上台湾来稿中对海外学人已有号召,对他们的赤子之
The editorial department of our magazine is encouraged by the bravery and frequent contact of academic circles across the Taiwan Strait in recent years. It is indeed necessary for both sides to push the two sides into substantive academic discussions and business cooperation so as to jointly develop a new phase of the cause of Chinese libraries. To this end, with the joint efforts of scholars from both sides of the strait, the two sides agreed upon the topic of “How to Promote the Development and Exchange of Library and Information (Information) Cause in Both Sides of the Taiwan Strait” Will be in the form of a written discussion. After this move was started, experts and scholars on both sides of the strait enjoyed their joy. In the future, we will open a new column, earnestly hope that more experts and scholars, including overseas counterparts from all walks of life in the library community, will continue their discussions on other topics of mutual interest and work hard to promote common prosperity for the Chinese nation’s library industry.
