利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析了甘蓝(Brassicaoleracea L var capitata)3个杂交组合中6个亲本品种和3个杂种(F_1)品种在种子萌动期、子叶期,真叶期的酸性磷酸酶、酯酶和过氧化物酶3种同工酶的表现,结果表明:在子叶期和真叶期,进行酸性磷酸酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶分析,可早期鉴别甘蓝亲本品种和其杂种(F_1)。种子萌动期酶谱不明显,酸性磷酸酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶,可作鉴定品种和预测杂种优势的标记酶.样液离心与不经离心自然沉清的,其酶谱相同,生产实践中可用低温(4℃)下自然沉清的样液分析.
The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the changes of acid phosphatase (ALP), acid phosphatase (ALP) and catalase activity of 6 parents and 3 hybrid (F_1) cultivars of Brassica oleracea L var capitata in germination stage, Esterase and peroxidase. The results showed that the analysis of acid phosphatase isoenzyme and esterase isozymes at the cotyledonary stage and the true leaf stage could be used to identify the parents and their hybrids (F_1). At the germinating stage, the enzyme spectrum was not obvious, and the acid phosphatase isoenzyme and esterase isoenzyme could be used as marker enzymes to identify the varieties and predict the heterosis.The samples were centrifuged and centrifuged naturally without centrifugation, Production practice can be used at low temperature (4 ℃) under natural clear liquid sample analysis.
