本文通过多因素分析法,研究了在石灰活性较低、质量较差条件下,LD转炉使用返回渣对冶炼工艺参数的影响。找出了影响终点石灰熔化率K等七个工艺参数的回归关系式。获得了返回渣加入量、白云石加入量的变化分别引起K等七个工艺参数的变化值。计算了返回渣、白云石等渣料的热效率值,分析了加入返回渣、白云石后熔池热量及铁耗的变化。 结果表明:使用返回渣必须根据原料、操作条件综合考虑对工艺参数的影响,文中指出了其可能的使用范围。
In this paper, through multivariate analysis, the effect of LD slag returning slag on smelting process parameters was studied under the condition of low lime activity and poor quality. The regression equation of the seven process parameters affecting the final melting rate of lime K was found out. The amount of return slag was obtained. The changes of the addition amount of dolomite caused the change of seven process parameters such as K respectively. Calculated the thermal efficiency of slag and dolomite return slag, and analyzed the heat and iron loss changes of molten pool after adding back slag and dolomite. The results show that: the use of return slag must be based on raw materials, operating conditions, considering the impact on the process parameters, the paper pointed out the possible scope of use.
