以引进和选育的23份贵州紫心甘薯种质资源为试材,采用形态标记方法,研究了材料间的遗传多样性,以期为紫心甘薯新品种选育提供参考。结果表明:‘13-24-2’和‘13-24-7’的欧氏距离最近为0.25;‘13-4-2’和‘13-24-2’的欧氏距离最远为5.62。可将23份贵州甘薯种质资源分为3类,第一类包括16份;第二类包括6份;第三类只有1份。
The 23 Guizhou purple sweet potato germplasm resources introduced and bred were used as materials to study the genetic diversity among the materials by using morphological markers in order to provide references for the breeding of new purple sweet potato varieties. The results show that the Euclidean distance between ’13 -24-2 ’and ’13 -24-7’ is the nearest 0.25, and the Euclidean distance between ’13 -4-2 ’and ’13 -24-2’ is 5.62. 23 Guizhou sweet potato germplasm resources can be divided into three categories, the first category includes 16; the second category includes 6; the third category only 1.
