Objective: To observe the antitumor effect of extract of butterflies in the body of Zhuang medicine. Methods: The well-growing mice were transplanted with tumor S180 and H22 cells. 0.2 mL tumor cell suspension was subcutaneously injected into the armpit of the forelimb of mice. After 24 h of inoculation, mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely, low, medium and high dose of butterflies extract Group, tumor-bearing control group and positive control group, 10 in each group, male and female, butterflies extract low, medium and high dose groups were 3,6,12 g · kg-1, ig once a day, continuous Administration for 10 days to observe the inhibitory effect of extracts from butterflies on the S180 sarcoma mice and H22 hepatoma mice and on the immune function and hematopoietic system in the tumor-bearing mice, Impact. RESULTS: Compared with the tumor-bearing control group, the extract of butterflies of Zhuang Medicine significantly inhibited the transplanted tumor S180 and H22 in mice (P <0.01 or P <0.05), and the inhibition rates of high dose were 54.42% 60.77%, which could significantly increase the life prolongation (P <0.01 or P <0.05) in S180 sarcoma mice and H22 hepatoma mice compared with which group. The extension rates of high dose were 82.13% and 83.10% respectively. The immune function of tumor-bearing mice (spleen index and thymus index) and hematopoietic system had no significant effect. Conclusion: The extract of butterflies of Zhuangyao can significantly inhibit tumor proliferation in S180 and H22 tumor-bearing mice and prolong the survival time of tumor-bearing mice.
