At the beginning of December 1984, the Urban and Rural Science and Technology Development Center of Shaanxi Province organized the bidding for the architectural design of the “Xidu Building” in our city, and selected the design scheme for the Department of Architecture of our institute. Xidu Mansion is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Changle Road and Jinhua Road.
