目前,在跨国公司母公司与东道国公司之间存在着大量的技术转移,在这场技术转移博弈中,东道国作为信息劣势方,能否通过技术转移究竟得到利益、得到多少利益,取决于技术转移双方的谈判以及双方经济力量的对比。本文通过技术转移对东道国净利益影响因素的分析,为东道国在技术转移时谈判条件的确定上提供一定理论依据。
At present, there is a large amount of technology transfer between TNCs’ parent companies and host companies. In this game of technology transfer, host countries, as the information disadvantage, can get benefits through technology transfer and get much benefit depending on technology transfer The negotiations between the two sides and the economic strength of both parties. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the net profit of the host country through technology transfer, and provides some theoretical basis for the host country to determine the conditions for negotiating the technology transfer.
