早期肺源性心脏病简易诊断标准:(一)有慢性气管炎、肺气肿或其他慢性胸肺疾病的病史及体征,并能除外其它心脏疾病。(二)有行走后气促伴有呼吸音减低有或无哮鸣音,并有下列任何一条者:①剑突下收缩期搏动;②剑突下心音增强;③吹灭灯火最远距离≤40厘米;④简易 CO_2分压测定结果≥45毫米汞柱;⑤舌腹静脉充盈或曲张(除外其他疾病引起)。
Simple diagnostic criteria for early-onset pulmonary heart disease: (i) history and signs of chronic bronchitis, emphysema or other chronic chest and lung disease, and exclusion of other heart conditions. (B) after walking with shortness of breath accompanied by reduced or no wheeze tone, and any one of the following: ① the contraction of the kyphosis beating; ② phonocardiostepsis enhanced; ③ blown out the furthest distance ≤ 40 cm; ④ simple CO_2 partial pressure measurement results ≥ 45 mm Hg; ⑤ ventral vena cava filling or varicose veins (except for other diseases caused).
