一、前言对加热炉进行最优控制,已成为加热炉工作的最终目标,不仅可以降低能耗,提高钢坯加热质量,而且由于微机的使用,使得加热炉与轧机有机地配合起来,提高了工作效率。对加热炉进行最优控制的研究,目前已取得了较大地进展,并已陆续应用于生产中,取得了明显的经济效益。这些最优化控制模型,从不同的侧面研究了炉子最优加热制度,本文则从不同的方面对炉子最优加热控制进行研究,即建立最低能耗控制模型。
I. Preface The optimal control of the heating furnace has become the ultimate goal of the heating furnace, not only can reduce energy consumption, improve the quality of the billet heating, and because of the use of the computer, making the furnace and rolling mill organically together, improve the work effectiveness. The research on the optimal control of heating furnace has made great progress so far and has been applied to the production one after another, which has achieved obvious economic benefits. These optimal control models studied the optimum furnace heating system from different aspects. In this paper, the optimal heating control of the furnace was studied in different aspects, that is, the minimum energy consumption control model was established.
