红绿二色试验是广泛应用于屈光检查的一种方法。是把黑色视标绘在红色与绿色的背景上进行检查,简便实用,由英国伦敦Clifford Brown公司1927年首先制成。一、原理白光是由一连串不同波长的光混合组成,这可由白光通过三棱镜分成各种颜色得到证明。不同波长的光在通过相同屈折率的透镜时,光的屈折程度并不相同,关于这点,同样可在上述的三棱镜效应中得到证明
