目的了解、分析四川省食品中农药残留状况,为制定相应控制措施提供依据。方法 2009年在四川省4个城市采集蔬菜、水果、鲜食用菌、茶叶共232份食品,进行有机磷、拟除虫菊酯类农药残留监测。结果食品中农药总检出率为6.13%,总超标率为0.91%。结论四川省蔬菜水果等食品中农药残留的总体水平不高,但部分食品存在较突出的农药污染问题,对此应进一步加大监管力度。
Objective To understand and analyze the status of pesticide residues in food in Sichuan Province and provide basis for formulating corresponding control measures. Methods In 2009, 232 foodstuffs including vegetables, fruits, fresh edible fungi and tea were collected from 4 cities in Sichuan Province for organophosphate and pyrethroid pesticide residues monitoring. Results The total pesticide detection rate in food was 6.13%, with a total exceeding standard rate of 0.91%. Conclusion The overall level of pesticide residues in vegetables, fruits and other food in Sichuan Province is not high, but there are some problems of pesticide pollution in some foods, which should be further strengthened.
