本文通过对60例新生儿死亡病例的尸检及临床分析,对新生儿死亡原因及易误诊的疾病做了探讨,提出了临床治疗上的一些经验,并强调了尸检的重要性。
In this paper, the autopsy and clinical analysis of 60 neonatal death cases, neonatal causes of death and misdiagnosed diseases were discussed, put forward some clinical experience and emphasized the importance of autopsy.
