目的探讨漏斗胸患儿手术前后的护理方法及临床效果。方法 20例漏斗患儿,均采用围术期护理方法 ,观察其临床效果。结果 20例患儿均顺利完成手术,术中无并发症发生。手术时间30~50 min,术中平均出血量<10 ml,术后住院5~8 d,平均住院时间10.7 d。术后早期、晚期无并发症发生,均经精心围术期护理后痊愈出院。结论给予漏斗胸患儿围术期护理,有利患儿早日康复,无并发症发生,并且恢复快,创伤小,且美观。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods and clinical effects of funnel chest before and after operation. Methods Twenty cases of infants with funnel were treated with perioperative nursing and their clinical effects were observed. Results All the 20 children completed the operation without complications. The operation time was 30-50 min. The mean intraoperative blood loss was less than 10 ml. The postoperative hospital stay was 5-8 days and the average length of hospital stay was 10.7 days. Early postoperative, late without complications, were meticulous perioperative care and discharged. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care for children with funnel-shaped chest is beneficial to the early recovery of children with no complication, and the recovery is quick, the trauma is small and the appearance is good.
