灵香草细菌性软腐病(Erwinia carotovora var. carotovora)是一种毁灭性病害,在广西大瑶山区的金秀县和大苗山区的融水县均有发生。每当条件适合时,常迅速蔓延成灾,病株腐烂全株死亡,严重影响灵香草的产量和质量。作者自1982年7月至1984年11月,在金秀县进行了野外定点调查及室内试验观察。结果表明,灵香草细菌性软腐病一年四季均可发生,但以灵香草开花前后流行速度最快,是病害发生流行的高峰期;果期病害流行速度最慢,为低峰期。细菌性软腐病是由伤口侵入,尤以壳针孢造成的微伤关系更大,两者复合侵染率和病情严重程度均显著地高于纯病原细菌的侵染率和危害程度。影响病害发生流行速度的主要因子是品种抗病性、菌源数量和气候条件。从方程的分析结果表明:当旬平均气温>15℃,旬平均相对湿度>90%,初始病指>30时,病害将会迅速蔓延,流行成灾。
Erwinia carotovora var. Carotovora is a devastating disease occurring both in Jinxiu County of Dayao Mountain in Guangxi and in Rongshui County in Da Miaoshan. Whenever the conditions fit, often spread rapidly into disaster, the whole plant decay rot death, seriously affecting the production and quality of Lingxiang. From July 1982 to November 1984, the author conducted field surveys and laboratory tests in Jinxiu County. The results showed that the bacterial soft rot of Ling vanilla could occur all year round, but the epidemic rate was the fastest before and after the flowering of Ling vanilla. It was the peak of the epidemic of the disease. The prevalence of fruit disease was the slowest and the peak was at the low peak. Bacterial soft rot disease is caused by wound intrusion, especially the minor wound caused by Septoria. The combined infection rate and severity of the disease are significantly higher than those of pure pathogenic bacteria. The main factors influencing the epidemic rate of disease occurrence are disease resistance of varieties, number of bacterial sources and climatic conditions. From the equation analysis results show that: when the average temperature of ten days> 15 ℃, average relative humidity> 90%, the initial disease means> 30, the disease will spread rapidly, epidemic disaster.
