为了寻找胃癌患者血清样品在进行激光拉曼光谱检测时,部分样品不能得到拉曼光谱的原因,用光谱法分别检测了一级纯水、0.33mol/L的稀硫酸以及39例胃癌患者血清的激光拉曼光谱.结果表明:纯水和稀硫酸的拉曼光谱没有明显的拉曼峰;64%的胃癌患者血清可以扫描出明显的拉曼峰,36%的样品不能得到明显的拉曼峰;用稀硫酸水浴后,36%不能得到明显拉曼峰的样品,86%可以得到明显的拉曼峰.结论:稀硫酸水浴可以作为提高胃癌患者血清拉曼光谱检出率的新方法.
In order to find out the reason why some samples could not get Raman spectra when the Raman spectrum was detected by laser Raman spectroscopy, the first grade pure water, the dilute sulfuric acid of 0.33mol / L and the serum of 39 cases of gastric cancer Laser Raman spectroscopy. The results showed that Raman spectra of pure water and dilute sulfuric acid did not show obvious Raman peak. 64% of gastric cancer patients could scan Raman peak clearly, and 36% of samples did not get obvious Raman peak ; After dilute sulfuric acid bath, 36% can not get obvious Raman peak, 86% can get obvious Raman peak.Conclusion: The dilute sulfuric acid bath can be used as a new method to improve the detection rate of serum Raman spectrum in patients with gastric cancer.
