1 病例资料 患者陈某,男,27岁,某供电局司机。1998年3月31日晚9时,在给家属测体温时不慎将体温表折断,使体温表内的汞洒到了床上,急用双手清扫,当时未在意,未做其他清理,然后上床睡下。清晨起床后感觉全身搔痒,并布满红色丘疹,以背部及四肢后侧较著,(其家属因睡在床内侧,无同样不适)。即到当地医院就诊,查血常规:WBC:17.8×10~9/L,RBC:5.21×10~(12)/L,Hb:169 g/L,L:0.177,N:0.823,给予抗炎,抗过敏药物(具体药名不详)治疗4天,症状渐减轻,4月5日停药1天,至4月6日上述症状复发,并较前加重,遂又到当地医院就诊,给予乙酰螺旋霉素等药物治疗,效果不明显,故来我院就诊。该患者既往有青霉素,磺胺药过敏史,但发病产后无服用此类药物史。查体:T:36.9℃,P:80次/分,R:20次/分,BP:15/10 kPa,患
