版权问题已成为制约MOOC发展的主要障碍,版权服务将是高校图书馆参与MOOC的一种最积极且最具成效的方式。但从整体看,我国图书馆的版权管理和服务能力无法适应MOOC发展的新要求。本文在回顾国内外MOOC版权服务研究现状的基础上,全面梳理美国、英国、加拿大等国高校图书馆的MOOC版权服务实践,总结其有益经验,结合我国国情,从重视版权教育工作、提高馆员版权服务能力、建设MOOC专用资源库、推动版权政策建设等4个方面探索我国高校图书馆开展MOOC版权服务的路径。
Copyright has become a major obstacle to the development of MOOC. Copyright service will be one of the most active and effective ways for university libraries to participate in MOOC. However, on the whole, the copyright management and service capabilities of Chinese libraries can not meet the new requirements of MOOC development. On the basis of reviewing the research status of MOOC copyright services both at home and abroad, this paper systematically reviews MOOC copyright service practices of university libraries in the United States, Britain and Canada, summarizes its beneficial experiences, and combines the national conditions of our country with emphasis on copyright education and librarians Copyright service ability, building MOOC dedicated resource library, promoting the construction of copyright policy and other aspects to explore China’s university library MOOC copyright service path.
