目的:建立测定健脑益血合剂组分中马钱苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以马钱苷为含测指标,采用Phenomenex Germini C18色谱柱(250×4.60 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(9︰91)为流动相,流速为1.0m L/min,检测波长为236 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:马钱苷进样量在0.1116~2.232μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9993;马钱苷平均回收率为98.64%,RSD%为1.5%。结论:该方法快速简便,准确可行,专属性强,可作为健脑益血合剂中马钱苷含量的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of loganin in Jiannaoyishe Mixture. Methods: The HPLC method was adopted. The HPLC method was as follows: using logarithm as measurement index, using Phenomenex Germini C18 column (250 × 4.60 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution L / min, the detection wavelength is 236 nm and the column temperature is 35 ℃. Results: The logarithmic injection of loganin showed good linearity in the range of 0.1116 ~ 2.232μg with r = 0.9993. The average recovery of loganin was 98.64% and the RSD% was 1.5%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate and feasible and can be used as a quality control method for the content of loganin in “Jiannai Yixue Mixture”.
