建立行之有效的学生督导制度是完善高校教学督导体系的时代要求。当前学生督导在组织定性和职能定位上具有模糊性,影响学生督导工作成效。基于学生督导本质和参与管理理念的分析,研究对学生督导模式进行了新的探索。
Establishing an effective student supervision system is the requirement of the times to perfect the supervisory system of teaching in colleges and universities. The current student supervision has the ambiguity in the qualitative and functional orientation of the organization and affects the effectiveness of student supervision. Based on the analysis of the nature of student supervision and the concept of participating in management, the research explores the student supervision mode.
