目的:探讨凝血因子Ⅶ基因5’F7多态性与中国汉族人冠心病的关系。方法:利用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法测定43例健康人(正常对照组)和116例冠心病患者5’F7多态性,确定其基因型;统计分析其与冠心病的关系及与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。结果:CHD组与对照组之间5’F7多态性的基因型P0P0与(P0P10+P10P10)频率分布差异总体比较有统计学意义(X2=2.416,P<0.05),P0、P10等位基因在两组间的频率分布总体差异有统计学意义(X2=2.302,P<0.05)。结论:FⅦ基因5’F7多态性中P10等位基因可能是CHD的遗传保护因子,但与其病变支数无关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between 5’F7 polymorphism of coagulation factor Ⅶ gene and coronary heart disease in Chinese Han population. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to determine the 5’F7 polymorphism in 43 healthy controls (normal control group) and 116 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) And the relationship with the degree of coronary artery stenosis. Results: The frequency distribution of genotype P0P0 and (P0P10 + P10P10) of 5’F7 polymorphism between CHD group and control group were statistically significant (X2 = 2.416, P <0.05), and P0 and P10 alleles There was a statistically significant difference in frequency distribution between the two groups (X2 = 2.302, P <0.05). Conclusion: The P10 allele of 5’F7 polymorphism in FⅦ gene may be a genetic protective factor of CHD, but it has no relation with its lesion count.
