近年来 ,南京市社会主义精神文明建设遵循“三个文明协调发展”的战略 ,以培育市民精神为主题 ,以文明城市创建为龙头 ,以思想道德建设为核心 ,以优化投资环境为切入点 ,以提高市民素质、改造人居环境为抓手 ,坚持以人为本 ,努力提高城市文明程度 ,为早日实现“两个率先”服务 ,取得新的成绩和经验。同时面临着许多新情况、新问题 ,既有机遇 ,更有挑战。针对新的情况和任务 ,作者提出了六条建议供市委市府决策时参考。
In recent years, the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in Nanjing follows the strategy of “coordinated development of three civilizations”, with the theme of nurturing the spirit of the citizenry, taking the creation of a civilized city as the leader and ideological and moral construction as the core, and taking the optimization of the investment environment as the starting point, To improve the quality of citizens, improve living environment as the starting point, people-oriented, and strive to improve the level of urban civilization, as soon as possible to achieve the “two firsts” service, new achievements and experience. At the same time, we are faced with many new situations and new problems, both opportunities and challenges. For the new situation and tasks, the author put forward six suggestions for municipal government decision-making reference.
