蒲城县高阳公社伏头大队党支部,在毛主席革命路线指引下,认真贯彻“以粮为纲,全面发展”的方针,在狠抓粮棉生产的同时,大力发展木本油料——核桃。他们从一九六四年起,发动群众,先后在两沟四叉八面坡一道梁的宜林地上,利用温床催芽、定点直播的方法,集中连片营造核桃林400多亩,共计24,000余株。每户平均129株,基本上实现了毛主席关于“每户种一升核桃”的指示。目前,核桃幼林枝粗叶茂,生长茁壮,栽植较早的三千株已开始挂果。
