过去五年特别是中央新疆工作座谈会以来,在新疆维吾尔自治区党委、人民政府的坚强领导下,各地各部门大力协同、密切配合,全区科技系统和广大科技工作者解放思想、开拓创新,大力实施科教兴新和人才强新战略,科技发展取得了显著成效。科技体制改革稳步推进,科技援疆工作全面启动,“大科技”工作机制不断完善。科技发展环境持续优化,科技投入大幅增加。创新成果加速涌现,区域创新体系日趋完善,产学研用结合更加紧密。
