随着俄霍布拉克煤矿技术改造工作的进一步深入,特别是随着大功率、大采高、机械化、智能化、信息化等整套采煤设备的引进,该矿井机械化开采程度得到了很大提升。但由于采煤设备重,特别是液压支架重量为40 t,平板车2 t,而且运输线路长、运输环节多并复杂,给工作面拆除安装工作造成了许多安全隐患。矿井采用液压支架起重装置后,不仅解决了运架子困难、用人多的问题,而且支架组装方便快捷,加快安装速度、缩短安装周期、提高安全系数、节省用人工数,提高了工效,实现了矿井高效高产。
