巷道整体采用混凝土砌(石旋)支护时,其砌(石旋)体若发生破裂,则维护十分困难。如采取再行加固办法,不仅维修费用高,而且大多造成巷道有效断面减小,严重时将使巷道废弃。从某矿+30米原2~#车场为例:先后破裂两次,两次的加固费用共达5.9万元;巷道有效断面缩小51.65%,而巷道掘进断面利用率只反30.08%,净断面规格已频临安全规程规定的下限。过多的人力和物力的消耗必须及时防止,依循多快好省的总路线精神和增产节约的原则,迫切要求对基建巷道混凝土砌(石旋)体破裂的原因进行探索与研
