目的:考察注射用盐酸川芎嗪分别与胞磷胆碱钠注射液、注射用乳糖酸阿奇霉素、盐酸纳洛酮注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定注射用盐酸川芎嗪与3种药物配伍后在25,37℃条件下放置8 h内的含量变化,并观察外观、测定pH。结果:配伍液外观、pH均无明显变化。盐酸川芎嗪与胞磷胆碱钠、注射用乳糖酸阿奇霉素配伍后含量下降明显,超过10%;与盐酸纳洛酮注射液配伍后含量下降接近10%。结论:在5%葡萄糖注射液中,注射用盐酸川芎嗪与胞磷胆碱钠、注射用乳糖酸阿奇霉素不可配伍使用;与盐酸纳洛酮注射液尽量避免配伍使用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the compatibility of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride injection with citicoline sodium injection, injection of azithromycin lactate and naloxone hydrochloride injection in 5% glucose injection. Methods: The contents of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride injection and the three drugs were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at 25 and 37 ℃ for 8 h. The appearance and the determination of pH were observed. Results: The appearance of compatibility solution, pH no significant change. Ligustrazine hydrochloride and citicoline sodium, injection of lactobionate azithromycin after compatibility decreased significantly, more than 10%; Compatibility with naloxone hydrochloride injection content decreased by nearly 10%. Conclusion: In 5% dextrose injection, tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride and citicoline sodium for injection are not compatible with the injection of azithromycin lactobionate. Naloxone hydrochloride injection should be used in combination as far as possible.
