以碳酸铵和溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2干凝胶为原料,采用机械研磨-热处理法制备表面键合型CO2-3/TiO2光催化剂,并对样品的晶相组成、比表面积、光吸收性能、表面化学状态和表面光生载流子的分离效率等性质进行表征.此外,以气相的丙酮为模型污染物,考察催化剂在紫外光(λ≈365nm)照射下的光催化性能.结果表明:CO2-3/TiO2光催化降解丙酮的转化率和矿化率分别为82%和100%,与纯TiO2相比,其转化率和矿化率分别提高了105%和61%.
The surface-bonded CO2-3 / TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by mechanical grinding-heat treatment using TiO2 xerogel prepared by ammonium carbonate and sol-gel method. The crystal phase composition, specific surface area, optical absorption Performance, surface chemical state and the separation efficiency of surface photo-generated carriers were investigated. In addition, the photocatalytic performance of the catalyst under ultraviolet (λ≈365nm) irradiation was investigated using acetone in the gas phase as model pollutant. The results showed that: The conversion rate and mineralization rate of CO2-3 / TiO2 photocatalytic degradation of acetone were 82% and 100%, respectively. Compared with pure TiO2, the conversion rate and mineralization rate of acetone were increased by 105% and 61% respectively.
