广西壮族自治区二七四地质队组建于1976年,是广西地质矿产勘查开发局下属的处级事业单位,现有专业技术人员74人,其中高级职称2人,中级职称41人,初级职称31人,具有有色金属及其它固体矿产地质调查和勘查、水文和工程地质勘查、地球物理和地球化学勘查、地质测绘、地质勘探工程和岩石、矿物、土壤、水质的分析、化验等资格,是从事地质矿产勘查的专业队伍。
