为了探索G·D对蔬菜生长发育和产量的影响,我们采用庐山植物园试制的G·D和中国林科院研制的ABT4号生根粉在黄瓜上进行试验,现简报如下.材料与方法参试药剂有G·D、G·D复方-2、G·D复方-1、ABT4号、28号5种.浸种时间10小时作为主区,其中G·D、ABT4号、28号药液浸种5小时作副区,清水浸种10小时为对照.各种药液浸种浓度均为10×10~(-6).供试黄瓜品种为津研4号.7月31日播种于营养钵,浇水,盖好细土.8月7日用0.4%尿素追肥.防病1次.苗有2叶1心时移栽.该试验采取随机区组排列,重复3次,副区不设重复.主副各区均50株,行株距0.5m×0.4m.小区面
